  I just got multiple estimates on an addition, kitchen renovation and converting basement into an apartment. Not the cheapest but FAR AND AWAY the most competent and detailed company with a proven track record of doing these jobs. We were beyond impressed with the professionalism.

  We had just had our basement painted 3 custom colors not to mention the brick on the fireplace (this was there idea and a great one). They did a super job!

  I wanted to hire Advantage to do a large-scale renovation but Sean was open and aid our budget was below what it would take to hire Advantage but it was what he did next that surprised me. He went step by step on how we could oversee our own project and who we needed to hire and what order. He than provided the contact numbers of people he recommended. He genuinely took us step by step through how we could do it. Finally he said if we get stuck somewhere just give him a call.

  Did a great job! Established a great relationship. I am so happy I picked the right color! They went above and beyond by replacing the vents in the bathrooms that were rusted. The new bathroom floors are gorgeous!
